2D and 3D wire forming on CNC wire benders.
Our CNC wire formers take wire straight from the coil and bend it into flat and three-dimensional forms from a touch-screen program. Hooks, grids, baskets and frames come off the machines finished and go directly to our grid welders and powder line, so a wire part is quoted, sampled and produced on the same schedule as the sheet and tube it attaches to.

2D & 3D wire forming in detail
Wire is widely used on the retail floor because it is strong for its weight and economical. Most of the display work that comes through Hunter Displays has wire in it somewhere: a basket, a peg hook, a shelf grid, a divider.
Forming it in-house means a wire part is quoted, sampled and produced on one schedule with the sheet and tube it attaches to. The same machines build OEM wire forms: guards, racks, shelving and the rollers in our own can roller line.
