On award, we produce first articles on the same lasers, brakes and welders that will run your production, typically within five to ten days. Your engineer measures them, we make any adjustments, and the approved sample becomes the standard against which the run is checked. Before we cut anything, your print receives a manufacturability review, and anything that will fight the tooling is raised with you first.

Prototyping in detail
Samples are produced on the production floor rather than in a separate prototype shop, so the sample proves the program, the tooling and the finish at once, and nothing changes when the production run starts.
Before cutting, the print receives a manufacturability review for issues such as a radius tighter than the material allows, a hole too close to a bend, or a weld that cannot be reached. The design remains yours; we identify what will fight the tooling and build what you specified.
