We set up a dedicated line for each program. Metal, wood components, printed graphics and hardware are assembled into the finished unit and packed to the specification of the retailer or your distribution center, so nothing has to be repacked later. Whether your program is a national retail rollout or an OEM sub-assembly with the hardware bagged, it leaves our building as one delivery with one thing to inspect.

Assembly & kitting in detail
Many fabricators deliver parts. Hunter’s customers have stayed for decades because the display leaves the building as a finished display, assembled, decorated and boxed, or as a kit designed to be assembled in the store without assistance.
The same lines build OEM sub-assemblies: a bracket with its hardware bagged, an enclosure with its panels fitted, a cart frame with casters on. A single purchase order, a single delivery and a single inspection.
