Send us your DXF or STEP file and we nest the parts for material yield before the first sheet goes on the bed, which keeps your cost down and your lead time short. Because there is no tooling to make, a prototype and a production run cut from the same program.

Laser cutting in detail
Laser cutting is where most jobs start here. It handles the intricate outlines, tight hole patterns and one-off shapes that a punch cannot, and it does it without tooling, so a prototype and a production run cut from the same program.
Parts are nested across the sheet before cutting to hold material cost down, and the offcuts you see in the photographs are what is left after that. If a feature on your print will not cut cleanly at the gauge you have specified, we say so on the quote rather than after the run.
