Our powder coating line is in the same building as the cutting, forming and welding, so a part moves from the weld bench to the powder booth without a truck, a second lead time or a second vendor to chase. Colour is matched to your specification on steel, galvanized and aluminum, and threads and contact points are masked on request. Finished parts go straight to decorating and assembly.

Powder coating in detail
Powder is the finish on almost everything that leaves this floor. It is harder than paint, it wraps edges and inside corners, and it is the reason a display still looks right after a season on a retail floor.
Bringing it in house changed the economics for the OEM customers who came over from Bridge Metal, where coating used to be sent out. A coated part now costs one lead time and one freight leg instead of two, and the schedule is ours to hold.
