Parts are laser cut and formed to your print, powder coated in house, and delivered as loose components or kitted sub-assemblies ready for your line. Fixture design, optics and electrical remain with you; our job is holding the flatness, the hole positions and the colour across the run.

One of the largest OEM accounts to move over from Bridge Metal is a lighting manufacturer building custom fixtures for large commercial and industrial projects. The work involves long channels, precise hole patterns for optics and drivers, and a finish that will be viewed from below for twenty years.
