We manufacture rack rails, shelves, blanking panels, mounting brackets and cable management in cold rolled steel for rack and enclosure OEMs and data center integrators. Parts are turret punched to your hole pattern, formed, fitted with captive hardware before coating, and produced in the quantities a build-out requires. Blanket orders are held here and released as your integrators call for them.

Data center racks & brackets in detail
Rack hardware is turret work: long runs of the same hole pattern in 11 to 16 gauge cold rolled steel, formed and coated identically every time. The CNC turret and fourteen brakes allow us to quote the quantities a data center build-out requires and still hold the date.
Captive hardware goes in on the PEMSERTER press before coating so the rails arrive threaded. Blanket orders are held here and released as your integrators call for them.
