Forming is the largest department in our building, with fourteen CNC press brakes. CNC brakes put multiple angles into a part in a single handling and recall a repeat part in minutes, so a second run of your bracket costs what the first one did. Tube is cut and formed on the same floor for frames, legs and structural members.

Forming & press brake in detail
Fourteen brakes means a part is rarely waiting for a machine. Simple flanges run on the manual-fed brakes; parts with compound bends run on the CNC brakes that hold the whole sequence in memory, so an operator forms every angle in one handling instead of moving the part from station to station.
Repeat programs are recalled rather than re-set, which is why a second run of a bracket costs what the first one did. Tube is cut and formed on the same floor for display frames, legs and structural members.
