Ten MIG, three TIG and three multi-process stations and eighteen resistance spot welders join sheet, tube and wire on fixtures built for your program. That is what makes the hundredth frame match the first, with the welds where the print specifies. Welds are dressed and parts go straight to our powder line, so there is no second vendor between welding and finishing.

Welding in detail
Spot welding does most of the volume. An electrical current through two copper electrodes fuses sheet to sheet or wire to wire with no filler and no grinding, which is why it is the standard for display frames, shelves and wire assemblies.
MIG carries the structural work: tube frames, brackets and weldments that need a filled joint. TIG is slower and costs more, so we use it where the weld will show, on stainless and aluminum, and where the customer specifies it. Welds are dressed and the part goes straight to the powder line.
