We produce machine guards, housings, control panel enclosures, hoppers, chutes and heavy weldments in hot rolled steel up to a quarter inch thick. Plate is cut on the CO2 laser, formed on our long brakes, MIG welded on fixtures so it bolts up straight, and powder coated in house. Send the print; if a weld is unreachable or a radius is tighter than the plate allows, it is noted on the quote.

Industrial equipment in detail
Industrial work is heavier than retail display work and runs on the same floor. Hot rolled plate to a quarter inch is cut on the CO2 laser, the long brakes form the guards and chutes, and the MIG stations assemble the weldments on fixtures so they bolt up straight.
Garbage chutes, machine housings and equipment brackets came through Bridge Metal for years. Send the print; if a weld is unreachable or a bend radius is tighter than the plate allows, it is noted on the quote.
